Escálugiu is a family business that has a great history since 1927 in Carrilobo (Córdoba, Argentina).
Its main premise is respect for the manufacturing process of its products, which are made entirely from raw materials from its own establishment.
They have their own cows that feed on grazing, from which they obtain the milk and then the ferment, reaching products with traceability.
In the development of the brand, it was essential to talk about the friendly treatment not only with the animals and the raw material, but also with the final product, thinking of it as a product with history and care in its preparation.
The incorporation of illustration was important in order to convey the spirit of Escálugiu, alluding to kindness and respect for traceability and the balance between family and nature.
